Circle of Care is an independent non-profit organization dedicated to assisting Passaic County multiple-needs children and their families. We are a Care Management Organization (CMO) that partners with families to design, implement, and manage Individual Service Plans for children with complex needs using both informal and community support.
Circle of Care confirms its commitment to stand together with the Black community in recognizing, addressing and eliminating all forms of racism. We intend to focus our efforts to talk about racism openly and honestly as we seek solutions that will bring about real change. You are seen. You are heard. And we are with you. #BlackLivesMatter

During the 2020 holiday season, Circle of Care Staff collected, sorted, bagged, and delivered Thanksgiving meals and groceries for 200 families.
Jessie truly does go the extra mile every day, whether it’s leading a hike at Garret Mountain with COC staff or offering to pick up a missing youth who needs a way home on a Friday night.
Cynthia Heller, LCSW, is Circle of Care’s new Chief Executive Officer as of October 2019. Cynthia served as Chief Operating Officer for COC for 11 years before becoming CEO.

Circle of Care has increased in numbers over the years both in youth and staff. Growing out of our space, COC extended it’s floor space to include an additional 4 meeting rooms and a Conference room that seats 120.
