What happens if I need immediate assistance?
- If this situation is a “crisis” then someone from the Children’s Mobile Response & Stabilization (CMRSS) will be dispatched.
- However, if the situation is so serious and needs medical intervention, then 911 should be called.

What will happen once I contact CSOC?
- You will speak to a licensed clinician who will begin to ask questions about your child’s needs
- If this is not a crisis, an evaluation will be scheduled to assess your child’s needs
- Once the assessment is completed, appropriate services will be set up for your child
- All services are strength based and family friendly
- All services are confidential and coordinated around the families’ schedule/needs
